Volunteers volume up for the NYC Mayoral campaigns

All three candidates, Andrew Cuomo, Zohran Mamdani and Curtis Sliwa for the NYC Mayoral race have 24 days to go and volunteers are being recruited at full pace.

The Democrat Socialists of America claims it mobilized its already formidable field operations in NYC, recruiting 50,000 volunteers to help Mamdani. The main campaign office is in Chelsea, lower Manhattan where staff are coordinating events around the city by gathering crowds for the media and public.

As for Cuomo, campaign operations are handled by third parties from public relations to lobbying with minimal internal staff.

Much to many people's surprise, the Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa has now opened 10 offices citywide. The latest one to open is in Floral Park on Hillside Avenue this Tuesday. Floral Park, Bellerose and its vicinity of northeast Queens is moving toward conservative voter base. As of now 52% are Asian Indians where the majority voted for President Trump in the last election.

All three candidates are preparing for the first debate this Thursday at 7pm.
