Undocumented and not illegal is gaining momentum in NYC

After Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez announced he will have a press statement on Friday that all illegals should get driver license, a group of several non-profits forwarded a message the new name is undocumented aliens and not illegals.

The same group have spoken to some of the NYC Councilmembers to introduce a legislation to identify illegal aliens as undocumented aliens.

No update has been provided of their next move. Regardless of driver license if granted, there is no right to vote or path to citizenship.
