Attorney General is expanding Ambassador Program grants to landlords in NY

Under the Landlord Ambassador Program, the NYS Attorney General reported grants will continue to community groups to support landlords who are facing financial hardship to maintain their buildings.

At the same time, support and guidance will also be issued to preserve and protect their buildings to allot ongoing tenants. However, this only applies to landlords in good standing with investigation from building departments in each counties to process. For NYC, this program is not available in Queens.
