Governor Cuomo says "there has been no decision" made on NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio's announcement to keep public schools closed for rest of the year.
"That's his opinion, but he didn't close them and he can't open them."

Cuomo will decide on it later.
Update - This is from de Blaso, "My responsibility is not to another elected official, my responsibility is to those kids. I run the school system under mayoral control of education. This is the right direction to go, and this is what we're going to do."
