Teen indicted in fatal shooting of 13 year old boy in Queens DA says

A 16-year-old boy has been indicted on murder and weapons charges in connection with the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy in Queens, prosecutors say.

Sanjay Samuel was shot and killed outside a Dunkin’ in Cambria Heights late last month, authorities said.
