State police arrest salem man following child endangerment investigation

On August 6, 2025, State Police of Greenwich arrested Juan J. Hermosillo Bolanos, 28 of Salem, NY for Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

On June 4, 2025, Troopers received information that an adult had inappropriate contact with a child under the age of 11. The investigation determined Hermosillo Bolanos allegedly touched the child’s intimate parts on numerous occasions in the spring of 2025 while in Salem, NY.
