Shooting investigation in Bayside

Police closed off Springfield Blvd reporting a shooting. This is by the intersection of Union Turnpike. EMS reported the victim is a male, 15 years old. Police say the suspect is male, black who took off on foot toward Hillside Avenue.

Police are also working on crowd control.

The vicinity is closed.

ESU recovered shell casings.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - This was stemmed from a fight inside the public bus carrying high school students from Bayside on Springfield Blvd.
