Sending naked pics over the phone can land in jail

NYC Councilmembers Donovan Rchards, Joe Borelli and Justin Brannan introduced a new bill of fine and/or jail time for sending naked pics or any other inappropriate images over the phone uninvited.

The charge will be a misdemeanor under intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person.

The bill if passed will be under cyber sexting and can result one year in jail, 1,000 fine or both. However, NYPD has not responded to the bill.

One major flaw is when someone is caught naked or mastrubating in NYC, sending to others for awareness can land a person in jail if the unsolicited party reports to the police.

The same with online dating where people send pics of private parts unwanted can also results in jail. Also, anyone sending naked or inappropriate pics to others without invitation.
