Robbery at TD Bank in Whitestone

Police are at 148-08 Cross Island Parkway in Whitestone reporting bank robbery.

Reported the suspect entered the bank few minutes before closing time and passed note demanding cash. The worker compiled.

From there, the suspect took off in a white BMW toward Whitestone Bridge. The perp was wearing all black clothing and black hat.

Ongoing investigation.
