Self ordering kiosks has fast food chains reduce manpower

Local franchise chains are gearing up with self ordering kiosks nationwide from Taco Bell to McDonald's to allow customers to use automated system for orders. One example is Taco Bell.

By end of 2019, all stores will be automated for taking orders which will reduce manpower to just 3 employees per shift.

As for NYC, the only wait and watch is whether politician will introduce a bill to keep minimum number of fast food workers in one location.
