One more step for old timers go away in Jamaica

Today, the NYC Council Land Use and Zoning Committees voted in favor of the Jamaica Neighborhood to gentrify all the way to match with mini Manhattan like areas.

Less cars and more public transportation with more and more affordable housing to sayonara to long time folks. Yes, for long timers, it's all memory but it's never late to start over somewhere else.

This month, the NYC Council is expected to pass the vote to advance for developers to start the construction of so many Babylon-like towers by eliminating small buildings.

Already you all can hear the oh goody goody in Jamaica with the new demographic mixture taking over.

That will lead to start with 12,000 units with 7,000 jobs and more open spaces to sit and relax.

With the casino from South Ozone Park to Flushing, the route will have a new name soon for all to enjoy wasting away money and live life to the fullest. Moreover, the new Jamaica will be called maybe, Jamaica Soho, a wealthy neighborhood. The goal is to reach over 100,000 units between two casinos.

Construction is expected to start next Spring with balloons.
