NYPD has harsh message for drivers passing school bus illegally

NYPD issued a release with the following. The first conviction for illegally passing a school bus showing red flashing signal carries a fine of $250 to $400, 5 points on your license and the possibility of 30 days in jail.

Several private companies carrying school children are working to equip cameras to monitor all around activities. The NYC's mayor praised the new guideline.
