Murder investigation in Richmond Hill

Police have closed off 133rd Street by 95th Avenue in Richmond Hill reporting murder investigation. This is inside a basement home. A 1 year old child was constantly crying and alerted the residents upstairs of the noise. Upon coming down, they reported a 25 year old female dead. Another 4 year old child is also found in the room alive. Ongoing investigation.
