Multiple separate homicide investigations on Long Island

This morning, the SCPD closed off Beldon lane in Bay Shore reporting a male was found dead around 8am. This is in the vicinity of Mary G Clarkson on East 3rd Avenue.

Last night around 10pm, a male was found dead after being struck by a vehicle in Glen Head. The driver remained on the scene in the vicinity of Glen Cove Road and Cedar Swamp Road.

Yesterday around 4:30am, several witnesses called 911 after a dead body of a male was found in the local park. This is inside the Community Park in Central Islip.

Also, detectives confirmed today a body found on May 25 in East Shoreham was confirmed to be a missing fugitive who had been wanted in connection to the deadly stabbing of his 61-year-old father in their Rocky Point home in November last year.

All investigations are ongoing.
