More than 500 names added for the NYC Council upcoming election

After many outcry from the existing City Council members of Democrats against person of criminal background not allowed to run their campaign, none dared to introduce a legislature to stop anyone from running. Multiple candidates with criminal background have entered the campaigns and the mayor's office declined to comment whether its allowed or not. The election is very simple. Hire canvassers to go door to door for introductions, staff to handle phone calls and mailers. Volunteers are optional for look good on resume. Unless legislature is restricted by votes, the campaign to run for NYC Council is open for all. Just register with NYC Board of Elections, https://www.vote.nyc.ny.us/html/home/home.shtml for ballot name collecting the required signatures and NYC Campaign Finance, https://www.nyccfb.info/ to report all fundraising and expenses. The rest is all about promotions.
