Money is not working for the subway homeless

When I say Hala you say Holy

The NYC Comptroller's Office reported each homeless person cost taxpayers $180,000 to provide housing as the initiation fee charged by various non-profit groups. The cycle keeps on repeating with the same homeless people who goes back to the subways for various reasons from assault to other difficulties.

Now comes the most beautiful part.

The city gives out over $30 billion dollars every year through city contracts to community partners under the program which is called PASSport, whatever that means. Now say Hala or Holy!

Now comes the most romantic part. The taxpayer funds are moved to political connected non-profits many who only line their pockets. How? ZERO oversight to the programs. Now repeat Hala or Holy!

Now comes the third charming part. The NYC Comptroller is now working to pay those same groups with faster procurements without additional oversight committee to move the city to the left.

By now forget Hala or Holy, just give up already.

So what's the good news?

Well ummmm if you can't beat them, join them, maybe!
