It s done deal for outdoor dining in NYC

The NYC Council voted for outdoor dining and it's going to be perma perma perma. 43 members voted yes with 5 nada and 1 absentee. The nada are Holden, Vernikov, Yeger, Kagan and Gennaro. The absentee was Narcisse.

Now it will head to the Mayor's desk for signature to make it into law. The Mayor's Office stated it will be signed as yes ya yeah.
