Male found dead from hanging a tree in Long Island

Police have closed off Saxon Road near Kent Lane in South Farmingdale after passerby called 911 of a male dead from hanging on a tree. This is from the wooded area in the residential zone. The medical examiner is on the scene working to transport the body for autopsy. Detectives are investigating the incident.
