Curfew announced in NYC

Governor Cuomo quoted, "There is going to be a curfew in New York City," after speaking with Mayor de Blasio. The first cycle is 8,000 police personnel, up from the current 4,000 will be deployed tonight primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn. If the curfew is out of control like yesterday, then National Guard will be called in. The time for curfew is 11pm to 5am. From there, Cuomo will determine for tomorrow if curfew is needed or not. This does not affect essential workers.
