Total confirmed cases in NYC: 463
Borough breakdown:

Starting tonight at 8pm
Crowd capacity reduced to 50
Restaurants/bars will be takeout/delivery ONLY
Gyms closed
Movie theaters closed
Casinos closed
Grocery, gas stations, pharmacies and medical facilities will remain open
