This is from Mayor de Blasio for curfew info

Starting Tuesday, all NYC eateries are allowed only for deliveries and pickups.
All bars that doesn't serve food must be closed.
Nightclubs, movie theaters, small theater houses, and concert venues must all close.
The order will go into effect Tuesday, March 17 at 9am.
