Itty bitty landlords are in limbo facing dilemma in NYC

During the migrant crisis booming in NYC under New Yorker's favorite president Biden, small landlords generated heavy rental income from the city and now the budget is poof. Migrant tenants are unable to pay the rent after the city has shut down services catering to vouchers. However, tenants can move to shelters but most refuse giving small landlords headaches with long long lengthy court dates costing their own time and money.

Meanwhile, Executive Order 14287: Protecting American Communities from Criminal Aliens under President Trump has passed adding more ICE agents for NYC.

This came after the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump Admin can resume deportations of over 530,000 migrants who entered under Biden’s humanitarian parole program from Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Obama supported Biden on this program.

The targeted locations are Albany, Beacon, East Hampton, Hudson, Ithaca, Kingston, New Paltz, New York City, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Rochester and Syracuse. The NY Governor is scheduled to be at the House committee hearing next month regarding the state's sanctuary status in DC similar to the NYC Mayor had done.

New Yorkers are full of love that no one is willing to take any migrants into their homes voluntarily by providing food and other needs but willing to stand in front of the protest line against migrant arrests.

Maybe those protestors can reimburse the small landlords.
