Police closed off Medford Avenue in Patchogue reporting multiple vehicle accident with one overturned resulting fatality.

This is in Suffolk County.

Heavy rescue operation on the scene.

EMS, ESU, firefghters and police are working on the scene.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - One in custody. This was a result of a wrong way driver.
