The NY Governor is heading to California for the Democratic Governors Association retreat and will be back on Sunday.

Lt Governor Antonio Delgado will be the acting Governor.

The retreat is to focus on the midterm election and other issues. She will flying in a private jet not part of the climate control plan along with the bodyguards.
