Subways, buses, bike lanes, busy roads are a new boon to prime time for the real estate market. For Queens, Northern Blvd is the number one slot with each three story listed on the market at an easy $3 million followed by Roosevelt Avenue and then Queens Blvd. The zoning is being changed for high rise according to the NYC Dept of Building.

This came after Penn Station is slated to develop over 10 towers. Jamaica is the first one of the list from JFK to LGA to Manhattan route to make access easier and faster for tourism including Broadway shows which generated over $30 million each week.
