Bayside resident busted for sexual assault of a minor in New Jersey

Police arrested Nikolaos Chlios, 44 of Bayside and charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting a local under the age of 13 year girl in New Jersey. Clios, a former Old Tappan resident, is held without bail in the Bergen County Jail. Chlios was picked up from Queens on Tuesday from his home.

The Old Tappan police alerted the Special Victims Unit of the allegations after the victim came forward of sexually assaulting on multiple occasions. 

Chlios is charged with aggravated sexual assault and other charges involving a victim under 13 including child endangerment.
