Bring em all to NYC stack up high

The US Census released the top 10 cities with the most population as per 2024 and its NYC with 8.3 million the top spot. Then Los Angeles with 3.8 million followed by Chicago at 2.7 million. Houston is the fourth largest city, then Phoenix, Philly, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas and then Austin.

Texas cities have seen a boom after many moved from California to get away from the far left agendas especially San Francisco mainly Tesla and X formerly Twitter headquarters.

Housing, not crime or corruption is the main topic all local elected officials are putting a priority to meet the demanding growth of population rise especially NYC.

Meanwhile, the phases of passing to complete any development takes years and years to complete. The NY Governor's Office is working on a new plan to speed up the process from zoning to financing bypassing some of the phases.

One example is the newly announced development plan in Long Island City.

There are multiple sources coming from the local real estate sector that Hollis is eyeing gentrification by developers after completing the vision for Jamaica and Queens Village.
