Adios to Puerto Rico except the Mayor

All the part time elected officials from NYC left for Puerto Rico to attend the annual SOMOS conference except the Mayor who is working on his case from the FBI raid with the law firm he retained.

Somos, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to addressing the needs of the Hispanic youth and community with a large voter base in NYC.

All are having a great time and will return next week.

Meanwhile, after Election Day, crime went on a roll.

Robberies spiked in Queens along with vehicle pursuits on parkways. The latest armed robbery occurred on Springfield Blvd and 115th Avenue. Cross Bay Blvd, Ditmars Blvd, Union Turnpike and of course, the usual one, Roosevelt Avenue reported robbery incidents. NYPD will handle the matter and then the District Attorneys who are all active.
