Woman wanted for hate crime assault

WANTED for HATE CRIME ASSAULT:  On 11/7 at 12:30PM, near 196 DeKalb Avenue (Edmonds Playground), this individual made anti-Islamic statements toward a 40-year-old-male and threw a cellphone and a hot cup of coffee at him.
