Whitestone resident decided to opt out this year s Christmas decoration

Retired FDNY firefighter and Whitestone resident, Kevin Lynch will not be decorating his home this year with Christmas items. After 23 years, Lynch reported of traffic concern at the corner of 166th Street and 23rd Avenue where he reside especially with kids around. He is in touch with 109th Precinct for support but has not stated if they responded. He confirmed that next year will have decorations as usual.
