Weather updates heading to the weekend

The NYC Mayor's office stated cooling centers will be open next week for all to stay inside and enjoy that "air condition" perfume.

For yesterday's storm, there were three injuries from downed trees around NYC with one in the Maspeth location of Queens section.

The NYC Dept of Transportation is working around the clock to clean up the trees and the local utility companies are restoring downed power lines.

Starting Sunday to Wednesday, the temperatures are above 90 during peak hours. Mondays and Tuesdays are the hottest temperature days to watch out for.

Tuesday is the primary day for the Election Day for all to vote in-person.
