Vehicle crash leads to DWI arrest in Elbridge

On April 19, 2025, at approximately 8:37 p.m., New York State Police responded to a reported single-vehicle crash on State Route 31 in the Town of Elbridge, Onondaga County.

Upon arrival, Troopers discovered a black Dodge pickup truck overturned on its roof. The operator of the vehicle, identified as Ginger D. Gilday, age 29, of Skaneateles Falls, NY, admitted to Troopers that she did not possess a valid driver’s license and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
