Two weeks and counting for NYS Pause

Governor Cuomo reported 5 regions will open tomorrow midnight as they met the criteria. For the next two weeks until May 28, the 5 regions will be monitored to maintain the 7 criteria or close. This will be the sole focus. Until then all other regions will remain close with Pause extended to May 28 officially.
According to Cuomo's office, NYC has only met 3 of the 7 criteria and has long way to go and PAUSE is expected to extended to June 13 under emergency order.
The mayor's office reported unless federal send funds, it will be tough to meet all 7 criteria. In layman term, the NYC mayor need money but the good news is Macy's July 4th fireworks is on.
The five locations for re-opening in upstate NY are Finger Lakes, Central New York, Southern Tier, Mohawk Valley and North Country are midnight May 15.
