Traffic cleared on the LIE westbound after a truck fire

Firefighters reported a fully involved truck fire on the LIE westbound between Exit 40, Jericho Turnpike and Exit 39, Glen Cove Road. It happened around 8am. EMS reported no injuries. By 11am, the traffic was cleared. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
