Tractor trailer hit the bridge on the CE

Clearview Expressway southbound at Exit 4, a tractor trailer hit the side of the overpass bridge from the lanes. Driver is trapped inside the truck. This is in Bayside. It was a single accident.

Heavy ESU, EMS, FDNY and police are on the scene.

Delays in both directions.
