Tolls are being setup in Manhattan for congestion pricing

Say hello to new tolls in Manhattan.

The program started with midtown where tolls are being installed without booths.

The busiest intersection will record and then add to E-Z pass holders.

The NYS Governor's Office reported by 2020, the entire designated areas for congestion pricing will be complete with tolls.

The money will be used to fund capital repairs of MTA.
