After Whitestone Lanes announced closure, the next one to hit the affordable housing target is Lucky Strike in Jackson Heights.

The Jackson Heights on 34th Avenue near 70th Street lot is proposed to build a 13 story mixed lot with 276 units including retail and other commercial units on the ground.
