Suspects wanted for carjacking in Fresh Meadows

Police released surveillance pictures of suspects wanted for carjacking in Fresh Meadows. The incident was reported on March 27.

Police reported the suspects posed as customers and then lured the driver of an app service to 67th Avenue and 183rd Street. Around midnight when the driver reached the spot for pickup, the suspects forced the driver out of the vehicle.

As the victim driver resisted and then dragged, another suspect removed the wallet. Then the victim fell to the ground and the suspects took off with the vehicle. The vehicle was found later abandoned.
