Suspect wanted for assaulting MTA worker in Jamaica

On October 23, police reported an MTA bus driver was assaulted by a suspect. The incident was reported at the intersection of 109th Avenue and Merrick Blvd where the public bus, Q85 was moving. The suspect then took off on foot.

EMS reported injuries but the bus driver refused medical attention. 

The NYPD released the suspect’s picture.

Ongoing investigation.
