Subway to OD reported in Queens

The NYPD reported a line had power shut down due to a civilian struck by train. This is at the Liberty Avenue station in Ozone Park. ESU removed the civilian and EMS is working to transport the person to a local hospital. Train delays in the area.

Meanwhile, the NYPD is adding more presence to 74 Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights reporting multiple people unconscious from overdose. EMS transported all OD civilians to local hospitals. The MTA police are now adding patrols to monitor drug activities in the area, especially targeting tourists who use the line to connect to the airports from Manhattan. Local commuters have been complaining of heavy drug activity in the area and only today after the incident police are monitoring by checking all around. Jackson Heights to Corona remains a safe neighborhood despite all the crimes people have been complaining about.
