State Police arrest Sprakers man for past sexual assault

On June 23, 2025, State Police of Latham arrested Donald Mount, 59 of Spraker, NY for Two counts of Forcible Touching, Sexual Misconduct, and Aggravated Harassment.

On June 13, 2025, Troopers received a complaint of unwanted sexual contact. The investigation determined that from the Winter of 2021 until June 2025 Mount reportedly forcibly touched multiple victims on multiple occurrences without their consent in a sexual manner while in Guilderland, NY.  Mount also allegedly made unwanted calls and texts to the victim.
