August 9, 2025, at about 1:59 p.m. Troopers responded to a home in Schaghticoke, NY for the reports of a disturbance with shots fired. The investigation determined Foster had reportedly come to the residence without being invited and engaged in a verbal altercation with an adult victim. Foster was allegedly inside a vehicle stopped in the roadway and the victim who was known to him was outside of the vehicle while another adult was standing outside the home. During the argument, Foster reportedly recklessly discharged a firearm from within the vehicle, then fled in the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Further investigation determined there was an Active stay-away Court order against Foster listing the two victims involved as protected parties at the time of the incident. In addition, two children under the age of 16 were inside the home when the firearm was discharged. As a result of this investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Foster by the Schaghticoke Town Court on August 11, 2025.
