Stabbing incident at vicinity of 94 street and 23rd Avenue

On Monday march 16 2026 at approximately 6:10AM in the vicinity  of 94 street and 23 Avenue in the confines of the 115 precint in Queens , the perpetrator pictured above without  provocation stabbed the 29 year old female in arm and back causing physical injury.
