Sorry but doughs are hard to come by for legal cannabis businesses

One time having a storefront business for ex-cons was a dream in NYC but that's all fading including legal cannabis dispensaries approved by the state. The licenses are given to former incarcerated busted for weeds. Now they are all having tough luck getting loans and investments while the state and city's small business administration has less than knowledge staff to handle the issues.

Meanwhile, smoke shops are all popping up everywhere that also sell weeds without license in NYC with hard to crackdown enforcement.

The Governor and NYC Mayor dreamed of having legal cannabis dispensaries sprouting fast but not happening.

Now wannabe legal sellers and cannabis growers want to sell at weed trade shows, local concerts, festivals and other events for age 21 and above which is expected to be approved tomorrow by the Governor.

Under the new approval no smoking allowed but only purchase.

Having storefronts rack up expenses unable to survive will hope the new approval will speed up the growing farms which are all struggling to stay afloat. Several farms have stopped growing cannabis.

Currently there are less than 20 legal locations of weed sellers and in Long Island, one opened up in Farmingdale which is also facing slow sales.

Here is the desperate announcement, https://cannabis.ny.gov/.../ccb-resolution-cgs-approval-7...
