Armed robbery in Fresh Meadows

Police are reporting a victim was robbed inside the back of a building in Fresh Meadows. The incident happened around 7:45am in the back of 80-11 164 Street. According to police, two suspects, males were waiting for a male, 50 year old victim to show up and then approached with a gun. One suspect struck the victim in the head and suffered injuries. Then they removed the victim's possession and took off in a vehicle toward 164 Street south. Police released the vehicle model, Odyssey with Maryland plates 1EBB6772. Ongoing investigation. The victim refused medical attention.
