Its official now that NY has the highest positive cases nationwide at 421 with Washington state at 420.
Total of 3,200 tested. NYC tested positive is at 154. 50 are in the hospitals. 13 are intensive care.

Utility will not be shut off to anyone affected by coronavirus including ConEd with evidence submission.
State will waive seven-day waiting period for unemployment insurance for anyone unemployed because of quarantine or laid off.
Cuomo spoke with Trump for fed approval for testing and next week, new labs will be arriving to do testing of up to 6,000 per day. 28 new labs authorized by the FDA and the locations will be announced also next week.
There will be a one-week moratorium on all evictions in NYC. The Real Estate Board reported landlords will stay current eviction extended to 3 months.
