So many winning Christmas spirits with lotto playas

Someone got a Christmas gift and this time it's in Hicksville, Long Island where a shopper won $13.9 million after a NY Lotto drawing. The winner was announced at Lovely Cards and Gifts on South Oyster Road with the winning numbers, 4, 11, 23, 38, 41 and 49 with 26 as a bonus number.

Someone in Arkansas won the Powerball at $1.817 billion and from that, two winners won a cool $1 million. They are announced in Lindenhurst from Montauk Highway Gas Corp and another in upstate NY. Also, 8 people won $50,000, 252 with $100 and others with smaller prizes. How much they have spent is not disclosed.

Of $1.817 billion, the lump sum after taxes is $834.9 million. This is the second largest winner nationwide.

However, NY remains the most profitable collection from lotto raking over $10 billions easily from players every year. From that, around $4 billion is used for state wide education services.

So playing helps with the education even if there are no winners.
