Snatched mobile phone and punched in face

On Monday, 4/21/25, at approx. 4:00 PM in front of 95-40 Roosevelt Ave, the individual  snatched a cell phone from the complainants hand & punched them in the face. He was last observed fleeing south on 95 St from Roosevelt Ave.
