Four persons approached and forcibly removed clothing

On Thursday, 4/17/25, at approx.  12:20 PM at the intersection of 45 Ave & 108 St. The four individuals  approached the victim on a blue moped & forcibly removed his clothing. The perpetrators fled on the moped and on foot.
