Sheriffs are in full force in NYC

Mayor de Blasio demand for social distancing at bars and restaurants still stands and sheriffs are in full force at various locations to enforce and arrest for violators. More than five sheriff vehicles are at Upper East Side in Manhattan tonight to enforce social distancing for groups drinking outside. One witness reported a bar in Astoria had more than 10 sheriffs and NYPD vehicles to enforce arrests for social distancing violators. The mayor reported that he will not tolerate people hanging outside bars and restaurants not practicing social distance and drinking.
